875 gypsum mine

Beautiful 199.82 ac. ranch is located less than 9 miles northwest of Fredericksburg in the Cherry Mountain/Gypsum Mine area. The ranch features a wide array of areas with thick shin oak brush cover, open pastureland, and fallow fields - previously cultivated and having gone back to native grass. The brush area of the ranch with its gentle arroyos lends itself to good wildlife habitat. Some of the ranch, 43 acres, is under lease to the gypsum mine. Currently, the mine is not operating.
